Thirty-six Spartanburg County students and their bus driver were injured Monday afternoon when the brakes on their school bus failed and the bus overturned Five studenLs were admitted to the hospital. There were 60 students aboard the bus at the time of the accident which occured about a half mile from S. C. Hwy. 11 at Fingerville. Tuesday's Spartanburg Herald had an article by Michael Leonard on the Iron Horse Guild of Spartanburg.
