Durham will meet in day long sessions with various members of the greater Polk County Hospice unit, March 5, at St. Luke's Hospital and NCNB. Formerly with the Office of Volunteer Services of N. C. Dept, of Human Resources, Ms. Lund will advise the local Hospice team attempting to recruit volunteer nurses, therapists, social workers and clerical help in speeding up its formal launching. Administrative counsel and a review of other N. C. Hospice units' successful fund raising techniques will also be covered.
