Randolph St., Landrum was seriously injured Wednesday, June 24th and is a patient in room 249, St. Luke's Hospital. Patricia was riding her bike in Landrum at about 7:30 in the evening when she came to an intersection and collided with an automobile driven by Thomas P. Johnson of Landrum Patricia received several broken bones and will be laid up for a number of weeks. She moved to Landrum from Saluda about a month ago and would love to hear from her friends. It blooms during the hottest part of summer and comes in many different shades. The watermelon red crepe myrtles planted along the Tryon Stairs are beginning to bloom now and have made Trade Street more attractive than ever. There was 1 trip to Broughton Hospital, 1 order to show cause, 1 special proceedings summons, 2 execution on property, 1 order of forfieture on bond, 169 iubpeonas, 9 civil summons, 15 magistrate summons, 1 notice of hearing.
