The choir, which will be participating in a massed choir of 500 to 600 voices, has learned six choral anthems for the festival. The 24 youths and 6 chaperons are staying at Longview Motel at Myrtle Beach and will return home Saturday evening. Chaperons for the group are Loran Bradey, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hamrick, Mrs. Bobby Lee, Miss Rhonda McClure and Ronalc Searcy. Mr. Searcy is the Minister of Music and Director of the Choir. Miss Kerry Ward of Spartanburg is the accompanist. Square Dancing And Clogging Square dancing and clogging will be held Saturday from 8 to 11 pm. at Stearns gym in Columbus. Special guests band this week is the country music band from Pacolet, S. C. along with the Polk County Bluegrass Band. No admission and the public is invited.
