announced that most state
offices would be closed the
entire week o*A, December
23-27 as an energy-saving . measure.

old-fashioned Christmas decorations

The First Family will
welcome visitors at an open
house at the Mansion Sunday,
December IS, from 7:00 to
5:00 p.m.
In keeping with the
old-fashioned theme, the
Christmas trees will be strung
with fresh cranberries and
popcorn. Colonial ornaments,
fresh fruits, live greenery, and
candles will also be used to ?
decorate the Mansion.
