The - money that they are spending to bring back moon rocks could be used to provide jobs for the unemployed and to feed the needy." Miss Twitty said she had just recently been laid off from her job. Charles Hulka, 21, of Home Credit Company said, "It really leaves me hanging. Elon Horton, 27, an Insurance representative said, "It doesn't hold my interest. I feel the U.S. and Russia are engaged in a challenge to each other. There is a small amount of good in it as far as scientific d research is concerned but actually its more of a publicity stunt by the two countries than a scientific venture. I'd say it's a waste of money." A local restaurant owner simply said he only hopes it doesn't interfere with the T.V. coverage of Tuesday night's # - All Mar game. A local fanner said he was angry because, "every time they go up there it rains and if it rains anymore my crops will be flooded." Mrs. T. Twitty, 44 and the mother of Charmaine Twitty, agreed with her daughter and added, "I don't even want to talk about that space mess." 'M 1 11 ' > . . . Ml Mr D I WATft-STIKS C)ra^> ff? BMW mtr.
