Hereditary defects are
ruthlessly democratic.
They appear in all income
levels, in every race and in any
of man's social divisions.
Although some types of
genetic defects are found
almost solely within once race
or ethnic group, no branch of
the family of man is exempt
from defective genes.
Nor do defects strike

conveniently near large medical
centers where the most
recent knowledge about preventing
them is being applied.
Such diseases as cystic
fibrosis, sickle cell anemia and
Down's Syndrome, (mongolism)
are transmitted genetically.
Each year about 250,000
American babies are born with
some type of physical or
mental defect.
Because these defects occur
in every community, the
University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill is taking help

Sometimes my way gets
dark and dim and the road
ahead seems lonely. No
thought will come for help
today, as I call to the Master
only. Father I stretch my
hands to thee the only help I
know. Standing at the rivers'
edge watching the waters
flow. Come dear Lord, fill my
soul with heaven's peace and
love. For I'm standing on the
banks of life waiting for Jesus
to come. I promised the Lord
I'd go for Him regardless of
what come my way. I've talked
this road alone sometimes but
with Jesus I'm here to
stay...Ephesians 6 Chapter
