William Eugene Saunders, 24, of 910-A N. Cleveland Avenue, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, which begins after he serves a two and-a-half year sentence on a charge of breaking and entering. Saunders was charged with the sale of heroin to an undercover State Bureau of Investigation Agent. The prosecutor said most of the sales took place on Liberty Street which has been called "The Strip/' ??
