T* Sheila Hale Pre-Easter Potpou Fashion by Azzie Wagner Staff Writer Summer temperatures of last week cracked open a "huge egg of fashion" and out of it stepped lovely models wearing beautiful fashions that prompted^a "Pre-Easter Potpourri" theme for a benefit fashion show featuring the Ben. E. Smith High String Orchestra, Jimmy and Marilyn Persons, various radio and ^TV personalities, and other professionals including figures in government, banking and education. The show was held in the auditorium of the Ben. E. Smith High School in Greensboro. The Show's nroducer and co-ordinator was Mr. Jesse Suggs, director of the 45 member String Orchestra and band of the school. Mr. Suggs had conducted the orchestra since 1970. The purpose in producing the fashion show was to provide financial support to the Ruby Woolfe? Scholarship Fund. Commented Mr. Suggs, "We wish to provide a scholarship for a deserving high school senior that wishes to pursue a career in music. The commentator for the show was Ms. Lee Miller (Director of News - WEAL Radio). The show was divided into three scenes: "Fancy Free (I), "Nice and Easy" (II) and "Parade of Elegance" (HI). Models were: Ms. Michelle Bprney, Sheila Hale, Jane Harrington (WXII-TV 12), Dr. J.W. House (Supt.'
