At Jenkins By Yvette McCullough Staff Writer Members of the Reynolds Health Center Advisory Committee voiced their concern last week when County Manager Pete Jenkins failed to make an appearance at their meeting. The regular monthly meeting of the board had been postponed a week so that Jenkins would be able to attend the meeting. Chairman of the committee, C. P.
