Aldridge suggested that the" group establish committees for public relation*! and fair housing studies, as well as a workshop to decide on the function of it ii t>,i <-> me numan Relations commission, as set forth in its charter. There has been some difference of opinion in the past over whether, the commission should investigate individual complaints or serve as an advisory board to promote good race relations.
