Tigers Make Changes GRAMBLING, La. -- Cirambling Slate University is nearly finished with its 1984 football schedule, and the slate could include several surprises. Promoters of the game, called the Whitney Young Classic, reportedly were anxious for Grambling to play a more competitive team. Grambling has trounced Morgan the last few seasons. McKinley Fired PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas - Prairie View A&M, still anxious to regain the glory it enjoyed prior to integration, has fired Football Coach Jim McKinley after two seasons. McKinley, who came to Prairie View from North Carolina A&T, compiled a 1-21 record at Prairie View. McKinley reportedly had another year left on a con tract that paid him about $30,000 a season.
