Funerals Miss Sarah Kathe Miss Sarah Katharine Watson M iss Sarah katherine Watson, of 3709 Prospect Drive, died March 12th at Forsyth Memorial Hospital. She was a native of this city and a faithful member of Goodwill Baptist Church^She was employed in the home of E.W. O'Hanlon family. Surviving relatives are three brothers, Mr. Harvey Watson, of this city, Mr. George Watson of Clemmons and Mr. De Edward Watson of Durham and other relatives. Funeral Services were conducted March 17th at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Hooper Funeral Home with Rev. R.Q. Allen officiating. Interment followed in the Goodwill Baptist Church Cemetery. Hooper Funeral Directors were in charge of services. Mrs. Mollie Holcombe Cates Mrs. Mollie Holcombe Cates, of 1204 N. Gray Avenue, died March 14th at her residence. She was a native of Spartanburg, S.C. and had lived in this city for the past twenty-eight years. She was a faithful member of the Galilee Baptist church. Surviving relatives are four daughters, Miss. Edna Bernice Cates, of the home, Mrs. Mildred Montgomery of this city, Mrs. Bennie Miller of Wellford, S.C. and Mrs. Virginia Bobo, of Southington, Ct.; five sons, Mr. Bravel Cates of the home, Mr. Homer Cates, of Inman, S.C., Mr. L.C. Cates, Mr. Beauford Cates both of Spartanburg, and Mr. Fletcher Cates of Hartford, Ct; sixteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and other relatives. Funeral services were conducted March 17th at 2:00 p.m. at Reidsville Baptist Church with Rev. J. Copeland officiating. Interment followed in the Church Cemetery. Hooper Funeral Directors were in charge of services. Mr. Doshie Donnie Mcintosh Mr. Doshie Donnie Mcintosh, of 1252 Waughtown St., died March 16th at Medical Park Hospital. He was a native of Scotland County, N.C. and had lived in this city for the past thirty-nine years. He was a faithful member of the First Calvary Baptist Church, a Veteran of World War II and was a retired employee of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. Surviving relatives are four daughters, Miss. Jennie Mcintosh, Miss Rosa Mcintosh, Miss Eula Mcintosh, and Miss. Doris Mcintosh all of the city; three sons, Mr. Donnie Mcintosh, Mr. Carl Mcintosh, and Mr. Will Jones Mcintosh all of the city; five grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted March 20th at 4:00 p.m. at the First Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. W.L. Wilson officiating.
