Ramsey as a member of the North Carolina Council on the Holocaust. l he group was created by the 1985 General Assembly to memorialize the victims of Nazi Germany's program to exterminate the Jews during World War II. It will lend support to efforts to prevent future atrocities and to develop a program of education and observance of the holocaust.
