It was the fifth win of the season against two losses for the junior Titans. In a game at Mt. Tabor, Chris Vernon scored 24 points to lead his team to a 58-47 win over Greensboro Grimsley. Daniel Webster added 17 points as Mt. Tabor upped its record to 7-2 on the season. Davie County defeated Park land, 69-56. on other boys' games. In jayvee girls action, West Forsyth defeated Dudley, 41-38, Mt. Tabor bested Grimsley, 40 1 1 . Parkland lost to Davie Coun ty, 57-20, Greensboro Page downed North Forsyth. 41-32, and South Rowan beat Reynolds. 50-17. Molly Wray and Trisha Fink each had nine points in West Forsyth's triumph, its fifth of the se^on against two losses, both coming at the hands of High Point Central. Mt. Tabor upped its mark to 5-2 with its victory while North Forsyth dropped to 2-4. Tisha Dawkins and Sara Blackburn each scored eight points in North Forsyth's loss.
