opportunity to be a part of the
national tournament, Capel saliT
' This is a tough challenge, with
three of the top 15 teams in the
country' in the regional, he said.
Virginia Union routed an FSU
squad playing without starters Har

?94-47, in a rrgnlar-^eason meeting
in Richmond, Va. Much speculation
had centered around the possibility
of a rematch in the semifinal round
of the CIAA Tournament.
The Broncos have now been
presented with a reprieve, and
another shot at the CIAA regular
season and tournament champion
Panthers.
"It's kind of like David against
Ooliath, but I guarantee you we're
going to sling every rock we can get
our hands on to make the most of
~it," Chapel said. Tm very happy for
our seniors to have the opportunity
to go out on a more positive note."
Capel said his team worked out
three days last week, and began
preparing specifically for Virginia
Union on Sunday.
"This is a chancy to give our
best effort, which we did not do in
the loss at the CIAA Tournament,"
Chapel said. "We will play our hard
est.
"Basketball is a funny game --
you never know what might hap
pen."
