"We celebrate today those for whom these dreams seem far away, and we come together to affirm that, although our knowledge may be lacking, our hope for the future is based on the experience we have recounted today,** Britt told the over 200 volunteers who attended the lunched last Friday afternoon. "Our world yearns, I believe, for individuals and organizations and groups ready and willing to take big risks to make big things happen," said Britt, who empha sized the need for individuals and groups to take risks in order to improve the quality of life for oth ers.
