Q. I have this fear of forgetting my loved one now that he is \ gone. Laughing and socializing : with friends seems disloyal. A. So many people fail to get on ! with life because of the feelings you describe. Be assured that you will never forget someone who was so much a part of your life. After a while the good memories grow dearer and the not so good ones fade away. Often we feel guilty to. be alive when new op portunities and happiness come our way. This is called "survivor's guilt." This is a normal reaction. And it will pass. * For ? free copy aK After loss or the new booklet, Cinq is a Process, Not an Event: Questions and Answers an Grief Recovery simply call or atop by.
