Dominique Mou son also ran a touchdown with Christopher Mack bringing in the extra point. Ferron Ridgill, Travis Brewer, Adrian, Harris and Larry Roberts all ran more than 50 yards. Jr. Pee Wee: 19-0, Packers The defending national cham pion t PfMfiowXL_PackeiLJ^JPe^ Wees totally dominated the Gray hounds and went on to a 19-0 victo ry "Our defense once again was the story of the game. We held the Grayhounds to less than 50 yards total offense. Whenever you do that with a team as ^.ood as the Gray hounds, you really have to feel good about your team, "said Head Coach Mark McDaniel. Offensively, the Packer Jr. Pee Wees had five running backs with - over 50 yards rushing. Jason Speas rushed for 61 yards and a touch down. Arthur Thompson had 59 yards* &nd a touchdown run of 40 yards. Scott Hernandez rushed - seven times for 53 yards and an extra point. Jacob Hopkins and Louis Thompson ran for 61 and 58 yards, respectively. The other Pack er score was on a one-yard sneak by quarterback Reggie Thomas; ~ "The offensive line was very good at times," said Coach ? McDaniel. "Steven Ackey, Phillip Scales and Nicholas Munday were particularly effective." Defensively, Kyle Kiser and B.J. Henry led the way with seven tackles each. This week's opponent is the Lewisville Titans, who, along with the Pfafftown Packers, share the league s top records at 3-0-1. The game is expected to be a close defensive struggle. PeeWee: 25-0, Grayhounds "I couldn't be prouder of our team than 1 am at this moment," said Head Coach Monty Leinbach. "We went out on the field knowing the Grayhounds were a good team, and it would take our best effort of the season. Although the score shows we lost, our players gave it their all. They did a great job. In the first half, our defense held the Grayhounds to only six points. 1 think we will be a stronger team for this experience. It will make us work harder in practice and pull together as a team. We are very proud of the effort these kids put forth." Jr. Midget 26-0, Grayhounds Head Coach Art Tanner said there was a lot of mistackling on defense. Two people who played well on defense were Rodman Dun lap, who intercepted a pass and ^ returned the ball 50 yards to the? two-yard line but couldn't score, and Jason Harris. Jr. Bantam: 20-14, Packers ' The first touchdown was a fumble recovery run back 60 yards by George Mickle. Adam Fulk scored on a 30-yard pass play, and Dwaine Thomas Banks scored the third touchdown. "This was a very physical, cleanly played game with the momentum swinging back and forth," said Head Coach Jerry Stoltz. "The Greyhound coaches did an excellent job. I'm proud of our kids but not close to being satisfied with the way we play. We start our conference games this Saturday, and the Lewisville Titans will prob ably be the best team we've played. We're fortunate to be 3-0." Tiny Vikings vs. Tiny Rams Jr. Bantams Jermaine Biddle scored on a 80-yard return on the opening kick off. Travis Scott scored the extra point. Biddle scored again in the second and third quarters on a 35 yard pass and a 45-yard run.
