Watts Lester Joins Adult Continuing Education Department On June 27, 1994, Rhonda Lester joined the Adult Continuing Education (ACE) Department of the Forsyth County Public Library (FCPL) as a librarian. Previously, Lester worked as a reference librarian for more than three years at the C.G. O'Kelly Library at Winston-Salem State University. Lester received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Livingston Col lege in Salisbury, North Carolina.
