Lifetime Achievement Award Winners F I o n n i e Anderson was hon ored for her life long commitment to the arts and to young people. Anderson retired from the city-coun ty school system after teaching drama for decades. Anderson is also a well-known local actress. Vivian Turner of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and Chuck Greene of BellSouth present Beaufort Bailey with his award. Bailey has been involved in a number of causes, including serv ing on the School Board and heading Winston-Salem State University's Alumni Association. Vivian Turner of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and Chuck Greene of BellSouth present Henry Jones his Lifetime Achievement Award. Jones is a longtime coach, mentor and community servant. Vivian Turner of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and Chuck Greene of BellSouth present Philin Hanes his award. Hanes is a major supporter of local arts ana is an instrumental part of the city's efforts to revitalize downtown.
