Obituaries Russell Funeral Home 822 Carl Russell Ave. 722-3459 FISHER Mr. Jason Michael Fisher, 2951 Bainbridge Dr.. Winston-Salem, passed away Nov. 6 unexpectedly in Winston-Salem. Jason was born Nov. 14. 1981. to Vanessa Martin Fisher and Ralph Michael Fisher in Winston-Salem. His public school education was in the Winston Salem/Forsyth County School^ and Forsyth Technical Community College. He was employed a( Wendy's on Main Street in Kern ersville. N.C. Cherishing his memory are: his parents, Vanessa M. Fisher and Ralph M. Fisher, three sisters. Jasmine Fisher, Michelle (Matthew) Etheridge of Greensboro. N.C.. and Alexseil Parker of Charlotte. N.C.; maternal grandparents. John ad Lillian Martin: paternal grand mother. Mary Fisher: four uncles, the Rev. Christopher (Michelle) Martin of Detrojrt, M.I.. Talmadge (Mamie) Fisher, Kenneth Fisher and Reginald Fisher; three aunts, Deidra (Dwayne) Cherry. Angela (Robert) Manning of Winston-Salem, NC. and Debra (Cecil) Antho ny of Virginia Beach, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral was held Nov. 1 1 at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of the Rus sell Funeral Home. Rev. Christopher Martin officiated. Burial fol lowed at Evergreen Cemetery. Russell Funeral Home directors were in charge of the lurangements. LEWIS Mr. Harvey Lee Lewis Sr., 415 Pafjwood Ave., Winston-Salem, passed away Nov. 9 at Wake Forest University/Baptist Medical Cen ter. He was born Feb. 3, 1938 in Winston-Salem. He attended the local public schools and graduated from Atkins High School in 1958. Deacon Lewis was a proud and faithful member of Macedo nia Holiness Church of God of the Apostolic Faith. His greatest pride was preparing and serving meals at church banquets for his brothers and sisters in Christ. He was active in church by participating on the Deacon board, the Brotherhood, the Pastor's Aide Committee, the Food Committee and Sunday School. He was a meat cutter for 47 years and a retiree of Food Fair. Inc. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ms. Etta Lewis Mack; his father. Mr. Thomas Durham; his grandmother. Ms. Stella Christmas Lewis and a sister. Ms. Jeanette Hall. He was a devoted and loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife of 46 years. Mrs. Lois Virginia Hinson Lewis; five children. Mr. Harvey Lee Lewis, Jr. of Columbia, SC. Mr. Lecarlos B. (Sharon) Lewis of Winston-Salem. Mr. Richardo A. (Edna) Lewis of Bloomington, IL, Tanya L. (Rick ey) Mayes of Winston-Salem, and Michael R. Lewis of Woodbridge. VA; three brothers and a sister, Robert Mack, Christopher Mack and Delores (Henry, Sr.) Denson of Springfield, Massachusetts and Ken neth (Irma) Mack of Winston-Salem; 12 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church members and friends. The funeral was held Nov. 13 at I p.m. at Macedonia Holiness Church of God of the Apostolic Faith. Bishop Robert L. Wise offici ated. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery. Russell Funeral Home directors were in charge of the arrangements. MACKEY Mrs. Margie Jean Fox Mackey. 112 Five Royals Drive, Winston Salem. passed away Nov. 1 1 at Wake Forest University/Baptist Med ical Center. She is survived by: a sister. Flora Fox; a brother of California, Floyd (Eamestine) Fox; five children. Sandra (Paul) Hart. Lesia (Thomas) Richmond, Cathy Adams. Paul Davis and Floyd (Rosalyn) Davis all of Winston-Salem; 13 grandchildren, six great grandchil dren; a nephew, Wayne Fox of the home; a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral was held Nov. 16 at noon at the Chapel of the Rus sell Funeral Home. Rev. Robert L. McGowens, Sr. officiated. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery.
