the Northwest WTP in Forsyth County. This
permitted facility discharges filter-back
wash wastewater to an unnamed tributary to
the Yadkin River in the Yadkin-Pee Dee
River Basin. Currently total residual chlo
rine is water quality limited. This discharge
may affect future allocations in this portion
of the Yadkin River.
