ments set forth in the bid documents
would otherwise prevent you from solicit

discuss ways that we may be able to help
you meet these requirements. Likewise, if
you are discouraged from submitting a
quote on this project because you think
you may have trouble obtaining the nec
essary equipment, supplies, materials, or
any other related assistance or serv ices
that may be necessary to complete the

overcome these obstacles. We adopted
these policies to encourage the participa

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant
to the requirements of Article 19 of Chap
ter 160A of the General Statutes of North
Carolina, that the City Council of the City
of Winston-Salem will hold a public hear
ing in the Council Chamber at City Hall.

Salem. NC at 7:00 p.m. on February 16,
2015 on the following proposed amend
ments to the Official Zoning Map of the
City of Winston-Salem. North Carolina:
1. Proposal by the Community Develop
ment/Housing/Generul Government Com
mittee to amend Chapter B of the Unified
Development Ordinances to amend trans
mission tower regulations in residential
zoning districts - UDO-254.

TERMS OF SALE:
Pursuant to the provisions of N.C.G.S.
?45-21.10(b) and the terms of the Deed of
Trust, any successful bidder may be re
quired to deposit with the Trustee or Clerk
of Superior Court immediately upon the
conclusion of the 'sale a cash deposit to be
determined by the greater of 5% of the bid
or $750.00. Unless the Substitute Trustee
agrees otherwise, the successful bidder
will be required to tender the "full pur
chase price" so bid in cash or certified
check at the time the Trustee tenders to
him a Deed to the property or attempts to
tender such Deed, and should the success
ful bidder fail to pay the full amount, then
the successful bidder shall remain liable as

ranty given by the Substitute Trustee as to
