All parties in interest and citizens are invited to attend said hearing at which time they
shall have an opportunity to be heard in favor of or in opposition to the foregoing pro
posed changes.
During the public hearing the City Council may hear other proposals to amend the
zon
ing of the above-described property or any portion thereof. At the end of the public
hearing, the City Council may continue the matter, deny the proposed rezoning, in
whole or in part, grant the proposed rezoning. in whole or in part, or rezone the above
described property or any portion thereof to some other zoning classification.
Prior to the hearing, all persons interested may obtain any additional information on
these proposals which is in the possessioif of the City-County Planning Board by in
