Winston-Salem Job Fair Seeks to Fill 40 CDL Openings The city of Winston-Salem will hold a job fair Friday, April 10 specifically for CDL drivers and equip ment operators to fill a critical shortage within its work force. The job fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Goodwill Career Connections Center at 2701 University Parkway in Winston-Salem. As of March 31, the city had more than 40 vacancies for employees with a Class A or Class B commercial driver's license who are capable of operating trucks, backhoes, loaders, excavators and other construction equipment. Attendees should bring their CDL license.
