The project is a single phase, multi-se
quenced renovation. The scope of work in
cludes the renovation of approximately
47JXX) sf of interior space, an addition of
approximately 1300 sf, site modifications,
and modifications to the exterior of the
building, including new windows and en
trances.
A mandatory pre-bid, and preferred brand
alternates meeting will be held on Septem
ber 8,2016 at 2:00 pm. The meeting will
begin in the front entry lobby of the 1510
Walker Avenue Building and will include
a tour of the project site.

and specifications for this project can be
obtained from Vines Architecture Inc., 530
