in the above-entitled action. The nature of
the relief being sought is an adjudication
of Termination of your Parental Rights
with respect to the above-referenced juve
niles pursuant to N.C.G.S. 7B-1111.
You are required to make a written answer
to the Petitions alleging to Terminate
Parental Rights within forty (40) lays
after the date of this notice; and upon y .-ur
failure to make a defense to the Petitioi s
within the 40 day period specified herein
or to attend the hearing on said Petitions,
the Petitioner will apply to the Court for
terminating your parental rights to the
above-referenced juveniles.
Any counsel appointed previously to rep
resent you and not released by the Court
shall continue to represent you.
If you are indigent and not already repre
sented by appointed counsel, you are en
tided to appointed counsel and provisional
counsel has been appointed upon your re
quest subject to the Courts review at the
first hearing after this service.
The hearing on the Petitions alleging to
Terminate Parental Rights is scheduled for
9:30 ajn. on Monday, November 28,
2016 at 10:30 ajn., Wednesday, Novem
ber 30, 2016 at 10:30 ajn. and Friday,
December 2, 2016 at 10:30 ajn., in
Courtroom 4-J of the Hall of Justice In
