Do you see that tongue between Silly Weilon’s Ups? That is one of the most amazing sights Mrs. Marks has seen lately, because, you see, that tongue “ain’t'’ ever stiU over here. That is really an exaggeration, folks, because Billy is as cute and sweet a little bey as we have, but he doos like to talk, and it is one of the jokes between Billy and Mrs. Marks. That is one reason she is kidding him about it in this write-up. ! * BiHy is wide-awake, and as smart as can be. He came over here last year, and is teaming to read now. He IS one of our best first graders, too. In fact whatever he does, he doea well. You can tell by the way hi it working at this color picture that he means bukness. BiUy is the son of Mr. and MTS. William 8. Welions, and he lives on Cumberland Street. His daddy recently won a brand new Buick in a contest, and if BiUy Jr., keeps on going like he has started over here, he wiU win lots of contests and prizes When he grows up too. Wouldn’t surprise Mr. and Mrs. Marks much if he doesn’t win a prize or contest somewhere for singing. He sure does have a pretty voice, with lots .of power and quality in it. ■> —uu - -■ a.
