New Black Business To Provide Best Of Service
By Dianne Simpson
Post Staff Writer
It was once stated that the
future of America lies in the
hands of big businesses and
enterprises. But the future of
Black Americans lies in the
hands of the outgoing, intellec
tual, black seeker who wants
to get ahead to do something
and plan ahead for the better
ment of the establishment of
his black community: These
seekers don’t start from the
top, but have conquered the
pains that his fellowman has
and still is experiencing.
So it is with Ronnie Bost and
Edward Camp, Realtors of the
Camp, Bost and Associates. 27
and 28 years old respectively,
these young black men are
setting the pace for business
men with a process of antici
pation and determination.
These two young Charlot
teans, who both received their
real estate training from Cen
tral Piedmont Community
College, have been in business
together since July 1977. They
had both been members of the
Cousar Realty Co. but saw this
need to venture forth and start
a business of their own. As
Bost was already a member of
the Charlotte Board of Real
iuia, uicu uraniu ucvauic d
reality.
Providing only the best pro
fessional services, these two
young men have set their
company's goal of helping all
of those who seek their exper
tise. Their objective is that 100
percent of their clients are
satisfied.
They are members of the
Local, State and National As
sociation of Realtors and base
their company’s foundation of
buying, selling and renting
homes on professional and
ethical standards.
They are members of: The
Charlotte Board of Realtors,
Multiple Listing Bureau, N.C.
Association of Realtors, Na
tional Association of Realtors,
Realtors National Marketing
Institute and the Charlotte
Merchant's Association. They
are also assisted in business
matters by the Service Core 01
Retire Executives (SCORE).
Although Bost signifies that
their business is at the present
small, it is, however, rapidly
growing. Working with this
firm are two real estate brok
ers, Ms. Denis Williams and
Darvin Carr. He contends that
the firm is seeking other quali
fied, interested agents to take
on the work of real estate.
These agents, if accepted, will
receive above average in
come, continue training and
an atmosphere of progression.
This company is licensed for
business for the entire state of
N.C. and hopefully to direct
their courses to South Caro
lina as well.
This company specializes in
sales, rentals and manage
ment on FHA, VA and Conven
tial basis. They place no
restrictions on buyers as to
age, creed, color or race for to
them just as long as the buyer
is ready, willing and able, this
is the kind of person they want
to deal with.
For anyone seeking only
real estate counseling, Mr.
Bost states that no fee will be
charged. For their purpose
Mr Camp's comments is "to
help and satisfy."
Because Bost and Camp are
both young black Charlotte
businessmen, they are more
than willing to discuss their
actions in the business world
to any Jr. high, high school or
college student who wants to
obtain knowledge on business
