V». - John Scott Associates, Inc., a Hampton, Vir ginia promotional and consultant firm, has completed its 13th year of producing, promoting and man aging the Hampton Jazz Festival for Hampton Institute, the City of Hampton, the Brown and William son Tobacco Company, and George Wein’s Festival Productions, Inc. The Hampton Festival is a part of the multi-city tour operated by Festival Productions, Inc. as part of its Kool Jazz Festival circuit. The Kool Jazz Festivals are spon sored by Brown and Williamson and its brand name Kool. in Hampton, wein s r estival Productions, Inc., forged a part nership with two most unusual partners in Hampton Institute, one of the nation’s oldest and finest predominately Black colleges, and the City of Hampton. "Our many years of success in Hampton is due to having John Scott and his JSA organization guiding and staffing our event there,” commented Wein recently.- "They are real ‘pros’ and H is because of them we have been able to have such a positive relationship there.
