(DST-) on the 18th day of June, 1984, in the office of the City-County Purchasing Director, City Hall Annex, 600 E. Trade Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28204, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Separate bids will be received for the following work: Roof Replacement . Proposals must be on standard forms furnished by the Architect and must be submitted in a sealed envelope identifying the Contractor submitting the proposal. The envelope must be clearly marked as containing a proposal for a particular contract.
