Lodato PmI SUn Writer Representing Walk Me morial AME Zion Church for the second straight year, Josephine Goodwin is “planning to work even harder” in this year’s “Churchwoman of the Year” contest. “I enjoyed it very much last time,” the eager churchwoman enthused. Ms. Goodwin has recruit ed more committee mem bers this year than she had for last year’s contest, so she feels she has a better chance of becoming a winner. Husband Daniel and daughter Joann Harris are behind her efforts all the way. “They thought it was great and hope I get it this time,” the contestant stated. They will be trying to help her achieve her goal. When asked what - -she'll-doif. she .wins. .she.. replied, “Oh, my goodness! I guess I’d just be sur prised—and very pleased!” The spirited church Josephine Goodwin __ . .Planning to work harder woman is looking forward to helping her church through her participation in the contest.
