She encouraged the members to remain dedicated to their services. They are proud of their ongoing project in yard and street beautification. Other objectives include sending — flowers to neighborhood families in times of death, monetary donations to those who are sick, and gifts to graduates and new lyweds. He will assume the presidency July 1. The_ Council is Char lotte's major fund raising organization (or the arts, conducting an annual drive similar to that of United Way...
