An Open Letter To Brother Gueho An Opm Letter Tot Brother H.O. Oueho Peetor, First Baptist Church Algiers, Louisiana 70174 Dev Brother Gueho: Greetings in the Name of our blessed Lord. I eqjoyed your call and rejoiced over the visit to North Carolina of our brother and sister in the Lord. The sweet fellowship of the saints on this earth is one blessing of the Lord the enemy cannot take from us when the Lord ordains h. I'm glad the Lord saved me and I would not exchange what I have in Christ for ten thousand worlds. This past February 19th was my 13th birthday in the Lord. And I know of ■ truth that the greatest thing in all this universe is just to know Christ. It Is so sad to see souls defeated for this purpose or1 that purpose, stealing from their soul an eternity of bliss with Christ. If they could get one glimpse of His beau ty it would drive them to Him who is our all Suffi ciency. Through every bat tle I've found Him to be the all Sufficient One to lean on. I can say with the beloved Apostle Paul, “the Lord hath delivered, the Lord doth deliver, and praise the Lord He shall deliver.” H anyone thinks that he or she can know the Lord and walk with Him apart from persecution, then they are deceived. If a soul knows the Lord he will be persecuted, hated and despised to the nth degree. Before I left to go to Lenoir a man here in the post office laid a false accusation against me. He decided years ago he would not have the truth. The old pastor us ed to tell us “every soul who turns the truth down can take you back to the place where they turned the truth down.” I wouldn’t be in his place for ten thousand worlds. But he would give ten thousand worlds to be in my place. Also, the late pastor used to tell us, “when an individual accuses you and you know in your heart you are not guilty, that in dividual is guilty of the same thing they are accus ing you of.” The p**1'**' was-_ right, he got that from the Apostle Paul, and Paul got it from Christ (Rom. 2:1). I've watched the life of that man for a period o(.years as be has gone from one depth of Satan to the next. Pastor, .. AriHgUsnsam I Tin CHAMLOTTB 1 FOtT Laau J.M. Little L..* I_> a . . but lor the grace of God that would be J.M. Little I It’s only the grace of God. the distinguishing grace of God that makes the difference. My nature is the same as his. The love of money has caused him to turn the truth down. And there is another part to that story: "then said He (Christ) unto the disciples, it is impossible but that offenses will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!” (Luke 17:1). It always offends when the believer is falsely accused. And when I stand before the Lord that day I’ll be completely vindicated before the world. The Lord knows I'm not guilty now. If he could see the Divine Hand that recorded the false accusation he made, and that is recording his every evil thought and deed,' it would scare him to death. But he will not see that Divine Hand until he goes out under the cloud without Christ. Our Lord has hid den His secrets from the world of unbelievers and revealed them unto babes (Matt. 13). I’m glad He chose to reveal Himself and His secrets unto me. Where would I be without Christ? There are many things the Lord talks to me about that I just ponder in my heart and never tell anyone. I’ve hosn awaits in the wee hours of the night meditating on the Lord and the many things He has taught me, before He saved me and since He saved me. What if I didn't know the Lord? It would be awful. I praise the Lord that one here and one there, the Light of the glorious Gospel of Christ (II Cor. 4-61 is be ing shined into their hearts, they are taking their places before him as lost sinners in repentence and Christ is be ing revealed to their hearts. i 1751 Salome Church Rd. If they knew what they were doing they would rather have their tongues, hands, feet, and arms cut of! rather than do what they are do ing. The Lord said that it would be better that a millstone were cast about their neck and they be drowned in the sea than of fend His little ones. I leave ray enemies in the hands of , my Lord. And praise the Lord He didn't appoint me unto wrath as He has ap pointed them. Your requests have been complied with, the Lord even answers before we call. And the secretary here will receive my instruction con . ceming your request in The Voice of Truth magazine. Again, it was good that the brother and sister came this way, and it was good to fellowship with you when you called. May the grace of our Lord rest upon you and all the workers and helpers there. Give them greetings from me in the Lord. And remember us here in your prayers. Amen. by J. M. Little MY LOW OVERHEAD SAVES YOU MONEY HT'VM ! If You Wont To.
