pieces to be played.
Children’s Day, part of
WDAV’s annual salute to
young musicians and
young listeners, is present
ed to recognize the im
portence of introducing
children to serious music,
and the commitment of
young musicians, teachers,
and parents, to the music
and the artists of the fu
ture. Daniel McKelway, a
20 year old clarinetist, is
featured in the May issue of
Soundings, WDAV’s pro
gram magazine.
