The West Charlotte Lions go after their second playoff
victory Friday night at Ashbrook against the Green Wave,
AW) victors over Hickory’s Red Tornadoes.
The Lions were victorious in their opener by a 19-0 score
as they sent Independence to the closet.
Prediction: West Charlotte 17, Ashbrook 14.
The Harding Rams go after their second playoff victory
Friday night against the Mustangs of Winston-Salem
Parkland. The game will be held in Memorial Stadium.
The Rams continue on the unbeaten track with an 11-4

said Anthony Houston of Harding

Harding romped through the new
Tri-County league composed of
Olympic, Harding, East Gaston,
Creet, West Charlotte, and North
Mecklenburg to become its first re
gular season champion.

year," said Knotts. “Houston had an
outstanding year and we seemed to
