At the IMh annual Harvest Ball of the local chapter of Las Amlgas, a new
queen emerged. Mary You mans was crowned queen of the ball. An extra
exciting evening for Mrs. Youmans. she was also celebrating her
Mrthday. First, second, and third runners-up were Louvenla Hall,
Areasia Brewer, and Minnie Allison, respectively. One of the Las
Amlgap’.htnd raising projects, the Harvest Ball enables the organisa
,Uon to Help sponsor Scholarships and provide other civic donations.
Providing entertainment at the ball was the band Manifest Destiny. The
' bail was held at the Convention Center.
