costs and flexible credit guide

"Home ownership is an essen

neighborhood," Durden said. "All

for the loans. The loan program
has been reviewed by city offi
cials, who see significant oppor
tunity for cooperation with and
participation In it, Durden add
ed.
Loans will be available for the
purchase of single-family, own
er-occupied primary residences.
Including townhouses and con
dominiums.
"The areas participating In the
program will have one factor In
common — residents' desire to
Improve their neighborhoods
through increase home owner
ship and housing renovation,"
