Carolina. He
was the son
of the late

Administrative Council, past
Chairman of the Trustee
Board, past Superintendent
of the Sunday School, and
past Chairman of the
Finance Committee.

Wilbert attended the public
schools of Chester County. He
retired from the Maintenance
Department at Johnson C.
Smith University.
Mr. Ferguson joined
Harmony United Methodist
Church at an early age and
remained faithful and active
He was dedicated to the
Masonic Order and served as
past Commander and Chief
of Charlotte Consistory #36
for twelve years, where a
scholar ship was named in
his honor—W.H. Ferguson
Scholarship Fund, past
Assistant Rabban in
Rameses Temple #51, where
he was Chairman of the
Trustee Board, past member
of the Drill Team, and a
member of The Char lotte
Commanders of the Rights
33rd Degree. He was a mem
ber of Unique Lodge #85 and
Charlotte Branch of NAACP.
