'There is a disclaimer stating its not intended to be disre spectful, but that’s like Jeffrey Dahmer giving condolences to one of his victim’s family. 'There isn’t anything of value on this record except its merci fully short. It soimds much like a work in progress, though Death Row said it was finished before the rapper’s death. In his new persona, Makaveli, 2Pac talks of trivial matters - the East Coast-West Coast thing, sex, drugs and violence. That’s generally the standard stuff for a lot of rappers, but 2Pac looked as if he was get ting above that on his monu mental All Eyez On Me CD. If folk want to remember him fondly, skip this mess and buy “All Eyez.” 'This isn’t worth the plastic it’s stamped on.
