the tenth chapter of Jeremiah,
you’ll see that you have been fol
lowing the heathens of old in your
“YULE CELEBRATIONS.”
Nimrod was the first Santa
.Claus. You can read about him in
Genesis 10. If you love the Lord,
once you see the truth about this
worldwide celebration, you will
immediately come out of it.
Christmas is just demon worship.
'That’s right. It’s just demon wor
ship! Are you a true worshipper
,of God or a demon worshipper?
Many of you who claim to be
saved will put up a tree in your
home and tell your children that
“this is a picture of the baby
Jesus”.
The Lord Jesus Christ is no
longer a baby and we no longer
know Him after the flesh. If you
just know Him as a baby, you
really don’t know Him at all. All
you have is a figment of your
.imagination. Let me ask you a
.question. Have you ever seen
that you hate God? If not, you
don’t know the God of the Bible!
’That’s right, you don’t know Him!
You won’t talk about Christ yet
say you are celebrating His birth.
What a tragedy! Time is rapidly
slipping into eternity and you are
not saved. Another year has
almost gone and you’re still lost.
Some of you claim to know the
Lord, yet you have to go to the
world of pleasure. Claiming to
know the Lord and going to a
movie or sports events for plea
sure. And now you say you are
celebrating the birth of the Lord?
Does the Bible say when He was
bom? Do you know when He was
Bom? The answer to these ques
tions is “NO”! But Jeremiah 10:1-
4 tells us where this celebration
came from. “HEAR ye the Lord
which the LORD speaketh unto
you, O house of IsraekTrius saith
the Lord. Learn not the way of
the way heathen, and be not dis
mayed at the signs of heaven, for
"the heathen are dismayed at
them.
FOR THE CUSTOMS OF THE
PEOPLE ARE VAIN. FOR ONE
CUTTETH A TREE OUT OF
THE FOREST, THE WORK OF
THE HANDS OF THE WORK
MAN, WITH THE AX, THEY
DECK IT WITH SILVER AND
WITH GOLD; THEY FASTEN IT
WITH NAILS AND WITH HAM
MERS, THAT IT MOVE NOT.”
My fiiends, there is the origin of
your Christmas tree. Years later,
bghts were added. But the Lord
said not to learn the way of the
heathen. 'The heathen of old
Babylon started this celebration.
The church later added Christ’s
name to it and started celebrating
this day in order to bring great
numbers into their congregation,
the Lord says not to do it. You
have a decision to make, either
you are going to obey God, or you
are going to give assent to pagan
tradition.
