Type Indicators' Discussed by Dean
Wanda Jean Sowell and Larry D. Cooper, commuting students from Mur
freesboro, discuss their results of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator with Dean of
Students Clayton Lewis. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a forced-choice ques
tionnaire which helps people become more aware of the ways they prefer to
perceive or learn and make decisions. "This self-reporting instrument also points
out the strengths ond weaknesses of one's personality type, ” Dean Lewis sold.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator was given to all first-tlme students who enrolled
at Chowan this fall. Wanda Sowell and Larry Cooper are graduates of Mur
freesboro High School.
One of the most picturesque settings on campus during the fall months, is Parker
Hall and its reflection in Lake Vann. The tall pines and other trees, draped in fall
colors, add beauty to the peaceful scene.
