REFCO, Inc., distributors of industrial tools, coolant and recycling equipment. Fuller is treasurer of the
George F. and Sybil H. Fuller Foundation, which donated $10,000 to help construct the new Graphic
Communications Center. The Foundation has also assisted Chowan with grants totaling $20,000 to
help build and equip the Jesse Helms Physical Education Center.
