NOTICE that the following named persons, their respective husband or
Wife, if any, are severally made defendants by the City of Southport in
separate units against each and every one hereinafter set forth, and they,
(except those personally served by summons) and their several respective
husband or wife, if any, and all other persons owning or claiming an interest
in the land hereinafter referred to and set forth opposite the said named
person, will take notice that on the 24th day of September, 1936, an action
entitled "CITY OF SOUTHPORT vs. (such named person) was commenced;
in the Superior Court of Brunswick County for the purpose of foreclosing
the tax lien certificate named for the taxes due for the year 1932 and 1933,
the said year being set forth, and the certificate number, before each said
name on the lot or parcel of land opposite each said name
and they will further take notice that they, and each one interested
An such items of property, are required to appear and answer or demur to
the complaint which has been filed in each said respective action in the office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Brunswick County, of Southport. (

of this notice, or be forever barred and foreclosed of any and all interest
or claim in or to the said property or proceeds from the sale thereof, ana
that in the event personal service is executed on the namd delinquent tax
payer, his or her wife or husband, that the Court shall by virtue of Chapter
221, public Laws of 1927, and all amendments thereto, and Chapter 204
Public Laws of 1929, Amended by Chapter 334, Public Laws of 19.9, and ,
Chapter 2?0. Public Laws of 1931, Chapter 313, Public Laws of 1935. Chap
ters 131 and 560, Public Laws of 1933, Chapters 331 and 448, of Public Laws
of 1935. proceed to judgment without awaiting the six months allowed to
