The ordinance referred to in question (2) above authorizes not exceeding $7,000. Sanitary Bonds to pay a portion of the cost of constructing a sanitary sewer system for the Town. It is expected that the Town will receive a grant from the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works for paying; the balance of the cost of each of tin- two improvements mentioned in the two questions hereinbefore set forth. If said bonds are issued, a tax will be levied for the payment of the principal and interest thereof on all taxable property in the Town of Shallotte. which tax shall be in addition to all other taxes authorized or limited by law.
