Wo favor letting the people vote on the question of the removal 4 of the County Seat to a more central location in Brunswick County. We car.not move the County Seat by act of the Legislature. We can pass a bill authorizing a vote by the people on the question. That is as far as we can go in the General Assembly, and that far only will we go. ( 2. Regardless of the location of the County Seat, we favor giving the County Welfare Board power and authority to locate its office at whatever place in the county it may deem most convenient and serviceable to the majority of the people of the county. ) 3. We favor the restoration to Justices of the Peace all of the powers and authority exercised by them under the Constitution and the laws of the State prior to the enactment 01 reeem. iuy?.-> which were passed for the purpose of curtailing their powers and free speech, giving part of their work to the lawyers. 4.
