Ballard, of Boliria, has been cited by the 85th fountain Regiment of the 10th 'Mountaineer" Division and award d the Combat Infantryman Badge or actual participation in combat igainst the enemy on the Fifth trmy front in Italy. Scouts Receive - Their Charter; Sea Scouts Of Southport Presented Charter In Ceremony On Saturday i Night On Saturday night at the Community club the Sea Scouts of Southport were presented their charter by Carroll Tinsley, Assistant Scout Executive of City Cut-Rate Store Harry Robinson, Prop. An impressive flag ceremony,! as a part of the ceremony of coming aboard ship, was put on outside by the crew of Ship No. 24 of Wrightsville. about 20 of whom came down for a cruise of several days.
