Nineteen were found to be true bills and two not true bills. Holden Beach Set For Season Prospect Is For Capacity Crowds Of Vacationists At This Popular Resort From June To September The first of June will see most of the Holden Beach homes fill ed with the families of the own ers or other families leasing them by the week or month. Many of the homes are private and not available for lease. Others are for rent arid they are usually all taken weeks in ad vance during the summer season. Luther Holden and Bill Grady, have charge of most of the hous es that are for rent. Illustrating the early demand, Chas. W. Lewis, of Raleigh, dep uty insurance commissioner, spent the week end here getting his cottage in order. He stated that it had been rented througn the middle of September. His family will occupy it a short period of this time when his vacation comes. Dr. Carl E. Fitchett, Dunn druggist, has purchased the E. P. Davis cottage and has re modeled and added to it. Mr. and Mrs. D. J. Mallard of Raleigh and their daughters, Bar bara, Jean and Carolyn, ,havo been spending a week here and plan to return shortly. Mr. Mal lard is the distributor for one of the large food concerns. Ed Thomas of Erwin has been getting his cottage, The Pioneer, in order. Dr. and Mrs. R. H.
