Lndie Myrick, the twelveycrr-old
girl who mysteriously disappered
from the home of ner mother in
Danville a week ago, has been found.
The girl told her mother that the
negro housekeeper had pnrsuaded he
to leave home, out it is strongly be
lieved that the girl was induced to
leave home by some man whose na.no
she will not reveal and whom she is
piobably trying to shield. The girl
confessed going to Spray, but said
that she made the trip both coming
and going unaccompanied. Her ab
sence baffled her relatives and the
police, and she refused absolutely to
make any statement that will throw
any light on the case. She disap
peared with her clothes and $30 in
cash belonging to her mother.
